The Balthasar torso armour from Mytholon has a breastplate and a backplate joined by two roller buckles at each side and on the shoulders, so you can adjust the size. The breastplate is made of seven segments riveted so they move, and the flexible segments under the arms greatly improve your mobility. The shaped back is riveted firmly, while its lower two segments move like those on the front so you can bend.
Matching shoulders such as the Balthasar Spaulders attach directly to the torso, and every Mytholon shoulder piece fits the same mounting. Well-made segments, stepped edges and neatly finished round-head rivets give it plenty of structure and a noble look. Always wear a gambeson under plate armour for comfort and better protection.
